Troops spend Christmas in Afghanistan
Positioned 7,000 feet above sea level, outpost Mustang has been the scene of some serious fighting over the last six months, but as Clarissa Ward reports, the 19 soldiers based there took time out to enjoy Christmas on top of the world.
