Speaker to address tourism at Oil Region event

FRANKLIN -- Debra Bowman will be the featured speaker at the annual membership meeting of the Oil Region Alliance on Feb. 28.

Bowman is executive director of tourism and film and economic development marketing for the state Department of Community and Economic Development.

The meeting will be held at the Quality Inn & Conference Center, 1411 Liberty St., beginning with breakfast at 8 a.m. Tickets are $8.
