Here is how it looked before.
Here is how one end looks now, reusing as much of the original as possible. I did introduce a new concept to RV cabinetry construction though - GLUE!
It was a queen perpendicular with the back wall. It is now a single parallel with the back wall. I gained ~2 feet of floor space, lost one drawer and made another more shallow. All is good.
Now awaiting the new mattress.
Tomorrow, tools get stacked and packed into the shop trailer. Order will come much later. Now the goal is to get out of here.
