Note: ?I have not gotten a chance to listen to the "Black Wing Grievance Talk Radio Show" that is most likely to talk about this massive cost over-run for the new North Atlanta High School. ?The price spiked from $42 million up to $70M.

The key point that most people don't understand is: While it is TRUE that "North Atlanta High School" (the current building) is in the wealthy White "Buckhead" section of Atlanta - the majority of the school population is BLACK.

You have to understand how the "Self-Chum Riling Up" of the Black Progressive Activist population works though.

The Embedded Confidence Man Radio Host tells of the OUTRAGE that the White folks the parents of North Atlanta got the cash strapped Atlanta Public Schools to first spend $42 million on a new school that is a renovated IBM office tower. ?NOW they have run up $30 million in cost overuns BUT the Republican Governor chooses to run THE BLACK PEOPLE on the Dekalb County School Board out of power. ?The REPUBLICANS who would otherwise attack the MAJORITY BLACK ATLANTA SCHOOL BOARD if it was "South Atlanta High School" that ran up a $30 million cost over run are SILENT because they believe that WHITE KIDS should have nothing but the best in educational facilities.

Its Hard To Believe - BUT ITS TRUE - NORTH ATLANTA HIGH SCHOOL IS A MAJORITY BLACK SCHOOL?

The embedded confidence men on the radio know that the majority of their congregation is not going to do their own research.
Another portion WILL DO THE RESEARCH but since they value a RILED UP BLACK CONGREGATION to telling them the truth and dissipating the "Struggle Motion" they will spike the news in order to keep the march going.
